Sevasti-Anna Konstantopoulou is a dedicated and compassionate Yoga Teacher whose journey began at the age of 9, inspired by her first yoga book. By 11, yoga had become a daily practice and a lifelong path of self-discovery, discipline, and positive thinking.
After a successful 20-year career at the Public Power Corporation of Greece as Head of Human Resources, Sevasti-Anna chose to follow her true calling: sharing the philosophy and practice of yoga with people from all walks of life.
She has completed extensive training, including:
1. Teachers’ Training Course (TTC) – Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres
2. Prenatal Yoga (80 hours) – East Meets West Yoga Centre, Virginia, USA
3. Accessible Yoga (80 hours) – with Jivana Heyman, Sivananda Ashram, Nassau
Her focus is on making yoga truly accessible — including Chair Yoga and Yoga for people with disabilities. While living in the U.S., she taught Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Prenatal Yoga at Retro Fitness in Maryland and Washington D.C., where she also pioneered Chair Yoga classes for seniors with outstanding success.
As a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), she offers workshops and classes on:

A lifelong student of pranayama and meditation, Sevasti-Anna believes yoga is more than a physical discipline — it’s a path back to the heart, to presence, and to wholeness. She teaches all levels with warmth, care, and inclusivity, rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body.
Embracing the Sivananda tradition of selfless service, she volunteered by offering free Chair /Wheelchair Yoga classes at the Association of People with Multiple Sclerosis (Alimos) and Wheelchair Yoga at the Hospice for Neurodisability in Athens.
Her guiding motto is:

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
My Prenatal Yoga classes are thoughtfully designed for expectant mothers, offering gentle practices that ease muscle tension, reduce stress, and promote both physical and emotional balance. Each session brings calmness to mind and body, creating a nurturing space for mother and baby. A few weeks after birth, our specially tailored Postnatal Yoga classes provide caring support for new mothers, helping to gradually restore the body’s strength and vitality. With safety and individual needs always at the heart of our approach, we guide every woman on her unique journey of motherhood with grace and balance.
Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic and energizing practice that links breath with movement. In this class, postures are woven together in creative sequences, guiding you through a smooth flow that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. Each transition is connected to the rhythm of your breath, cultivating both physical vitality and mental clarity. Expect an uplifting practice that begins with centering and warm-up sequences, builds through energizing flows and standing postures, and concludes with deep stretches and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, with options offered for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Sivananda Yoga
Traditional Sivananda Yoga – 90-Minute Class Experience the depth and balance of the classical Sivananda Yoga practice in a complete 90-minute session. Each class is carefully structured to harmonize body, mind, and spirit through: Asanas (Yoga Postures): Strengthen, stretch, and energize the body with a balanced sequence of movements. Pranayama (Breathing Exercises): Cultivate vitality, improve concentration, and calm the nervous system through guided breathwork. Meditation & Relaxation: Find inner stillness and peace with techniques that quiet the mind and release stress. Yogalates A unique fusion of yoga and Pilates, Yogalates combines the strength and core-focused exercises of Pilates with the flexibility, balance, and mindfulness of yoga. Suitable for all levels, Yogalates offers a low-impact yet effective workout that strengthens the core, increases flexibility, and promotes mental calmness. Barre Yoga
Barre Yoga Barre Yoga is a dynamic practice that blends the elegance and precision of ballet-inspired barre work with the mindful movement and breath awareness of yoga. This class strengthens and tones the entire body through small, controlled movements, postural alignment, and core engagement, while incorporating yoga stretches and mindful sequencing to enhance flexibility, balance, and inner calm. Using the barre for support, students safely explore strength and stability, making the practice accessible to all levels. Accessible/Adaptive Yoga
Yoga for Every Body – Chair & Wheelchair Yoga Yoga is for everyone. My Chair and Wheelchair Yoga classes are lovingly created for people with special physical needs who may not be able to join a traditional class. Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques, we bring the joy and healing power of yoga to every body—restoring energy, peace, and connection. These classes are offered in Associations and Foundations for People with Disabilities, as well as in Nursing Homes and Elder Care Facilities. With compassion, respect, and care at the heart of every session, we create a safe and supportive space where every individual can experience balance, freedom, and well-being.
Guided Visualization
Guided Visualization A calming and restorative practice that uses imagery and focused attention to relax the mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. In this class, participants are gently led through visualizations designed to promote inner peace, emotional balance, and personal insight. Suitable for all levels, the practice encourages mindfulness, deep relaxation, and mental rejuvenation, providing tools to manage stress, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of well-being.
Yoga nidra
Yoga Nidra A deeply restorative practice often referred to as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra guides participants into a state of conscious relaxation. Through systematic body awareness, breath focus, and visualization, this practice helps release physical tension, reduce stress, and calm the mind. Suitable for all levels, Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest, mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being, leaving participants refreshed and rejuvenated.
